I am addicted to making lists. There I said it.
I can't explain to you the satisfaction I get from crossing things off of my lists. It is a great feeling. Plus, I have an absolute terrible memory and this helps me to not get stressed about forgetting to do things. This is especially important at work. Everyday I have so many things to do; Doctors to call, paperwork, calling families, scheduling meetings, etc. So...to put my mind at ease I write lists like crazy. I go through post-it notes like nobody's business.
Some examples...

Admitting you have a problem is the first step...
That's a great addiction! I should make more lists, but I guess that's what Chloe's for :)
Amen! My name is Andrea and I have a list addiction. Here's the weird part about me: I make lists constantly ( I'm not a crosser offer though) but I also hate clutter, so I throw the lists away. It's a vicious cycle.
