Snowboarding....

Yesterday we went snowboarding..FINALLY!!! We have been dying to go ever since last season ended and I can't even believe that it took us so long. We just kind of decided way late the night before that we would go since we both had the day off.

It was a perfect day to hit the slopes!! It was so warm I was actually sweating and regretting not bringing a lighter jacket. But once the sun went down I was grateful for my big ole' coat.

Look at Jared being all good? You know, I think he is already better than I am and he just learned last year.

I decided that I am kind of chicken and don't like to go too fast. Jared, however, likes to go fast and then has to wait at the bottom of the hill for me every time. You know that song by Alabama called "I'm In A Hurry"...that is Jared's theme song. Maybe it is just because I walk slow and am never in too big of a hurry in everyday life so that transfers over to my snowboarding life.

We hope to get at least one more trip in this winter, we have such fun every time we go. This morning when we woke up we were ready to go snowboarding again. Can't WAIT!!!
